He was responsible for many critical worldwide technology platforms and delivered process and product innovations across four worldwide high-technology manufacturing sites. From 2007 to 2013 he was CEO of the Irish Greyhound Board. This is an Irish government-owned gaming and hospitality entity that supports over 10,000 jobs in the entire industry. From 2014 to 2019 Adrian was the Commercial Director of Trinity College and he grew annual operating profit to €28 million which represented an increase of 86% over 2013 levels. Since November 2019 he works as Technology Investment Director & COO of Deepbridge Capital (130 portfolio companies, FUM £200m). Responsible for deal flow from incubator ecosystems, sourcing capital from retail, HNW, angel, and venture capital institutions, deal flow and selection, stewardship to enable the growth of investee companies and Moonshot Strategy Development.
